Trading Information

You must have 25 or more valid, clickable proofs in order for us to send at the same time. If you have less than 25 proofs we will kindly ask you to send out first.Please don't offer PCs that are not on our wishlists unless we are specifically asking for it in the caption of the post. If its not on our wishlist we most likely have it already or dont want it. We will ignore DMs about trades for things that we are not asking for.Please be upfront about any damages to your PCsIf you are planning to mail from a home mail box, please let us know in advance. Depending on your proofs, we may wait until we receive your end of the trade before we send our side of the trade out.We will always send you proof of packaging, address confirmation, and a video of us mailing out. My masterlist is kept updated with claims and estimated timelines for arrival. I will post all updates to my IG stories and add these to my IG story highlights.
I am flexible when it comes to paying, but I WILL NOT track you down for any payment. You are responsible for paying on time. If you do not pay by the deadline (If I dont specify a deadline then within a month of when I asked for payment) you will forfeit any claims you had unless you have asked me for an extension
Once you claim an item, there are no backouts so please be 110% certain that you want to join. I will not offer refunds once you pay.
Anybody who backs out of a GO may be blocked with no further notice.
Once items are onhand I will DM everyone for DOM shipping, please be patient.Go's that include large items and require special packaging may be subject to a packing fee. This fee will not be more than $1 and depends on what materials I need to pack your itemsI do research on my proxies and pay in G&S when I am able to, but in the event that I am scammed and unable to receive a refund, I will not be offering refunds out of pocket.NEOKYO SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
Payment for neokyo items are due immediately in order for me to try to secure a set before someone else buys it. Please do not join if you cannot pay immediately.
I cannot refund you if the PCs end up being damaged or fake. I try my best to look at the pictures and determine if the PCs look okay, but unfortunately sometimes this can happen. Neokyo does not refund me for any items that are damaged or fake and I unfortunately do not have the money to refund everyone out of pocket.
